30 day return policy on unopened and unused products. The 30 day return policy begins on the day tracking shows delivered to addressee.
Returns require a RA number (return authorization) so that we may track its process back to us. RA numbers can be obtained by calling 314-966-1002 or using the contact form at the bottom of the page. We are a local shop, so please leave a message if we do not pick up, most likely we are helping another customer.

Returns and refunds are processed on weekdays as they are received. Refunds are applied to the original form of payment and will be less any shipping costs. ***Even if we have a Free Shipping offer, it does cost us to ship your items to you. When credit is applied, it will be less our cost of shipping the item to you.
If your order arrives with merchandise that is damaged, please hold on to all original packaging and contents, and contact us at 314-966-1002 immediately and no later than 3 business days from the date of confirmed delivery. All damage claims must be reported within 3 business days from confirmed delivery to ensure that your claim may be processed and approved with the shipping carrier. Reporting damages more than 3 business days from confirmed delivery may result in your claim being denied by the carrier.
